New to Real Estate investing!
Hello! Looking to be an investor from Iowa, looking to make connections and learn. My main challenge at this moment would be funding, finding/analyzing deals, and creating a team. I would like to start using hard money to fund my first investment but I'm having trouble finding a lender that works with new investors with little credit history and a low income and low capital. I've recently started educating myself by watching RE videos on YouTube and learning some terms/lingo on Investopedia. If anyone would like to reach out to me, I'd be more than happy to begin a new educational or business relationship that would hopefully be long lasting and profitable!
