But our particular focus is near the Med Center area, for the reason of Job Growth and almost recession proof economy centered around Aging populations needing more health care.Houston is adding 30,000+ jobs to the Med Center over the next 3 years so any type of investing ahead of that job growth is expected to be positive in the longer term.Do you invest in Houston?

There is no common theme.

Since I keep hearing the theme of the "Why" being important to success, I wanted to openly share where I'm coming from. 

These small towns would do cartwheels if someone would do anything with these old buildings as this is a common theme all over the areaSaying that,  the cost to renovate would certainly exceed any potential value. 

I think that the underlying theme represented by the associations in all jurisdictions is that we need to be honest with the public, but our fiduciary responsibility is to our client.That again, Virginia is the wild West.

Browse the landlord section and you’ll find a common theme with major problems due to the property manager being grossly incompetent

Not only do they have signs for the major companies but they also give the smaller companies and the private sellers the opportunity to have a nice theme.

I highly recommend using wordpress as a platform as you can create content easily and if you use the correct themes which have been scrubbed of spam links, etc...

His son just opened the same theme restaurant 20 miles away & is doing very well even though it's in an out of the way location.
