A bit about me..

Investing since 1996

Currently investing is focused on 2 major strategies:

New Construction "Infill" development of Duplexes near Houston Medical center and focused on Entitlement Programs like Sec 8 and FEMA ( Love those hurricanes). Most of our clients take GOZONE like deductions but on property near a strong economic job base that is growing in size.

Strategy 2: buying LOW priced REOs and owner financing/ WRAP / Rent to own on affordable level homes in older neighborhoods
