I would personally like to have one set of renters at a time than two, it's just much easier, the logistics are better, and there's less expectations to deal with.

I haven't done anything with them in a couple years so I don't know if they've got their logistics figured out now, or if it's still a goat rodeo.

With it being in central between two metropolitan cities it has become a hub for logistics with big name brand companies such as Amazon and Publix.

Business Facilities magazine recognized San Antonio as one of the five major logistical locations in the country for warehousing and distribution and is widely considered the gateway of foreign trade.

Not to mention the few lenders I talked to were distraught when I brought up 203K with all the crazy logistics (and they were considered 203K "experts"). 

It's not proven, but logistically it makes sense.

use amazon.com for logistics, they are better at running to the store than anyone else in the world. 

I'm really more concerned as how to figure out the logistics of it without having him run over for every small little thing at all hours of the day.

That is just a logistical nightmare in and of itself.
