People of Biggerpockets, are you a part of a program/mastermind, and has the return been great?

I am very interested in a group discussion, call it a mastermind session, on this if others are as well? 

My cat Dexter is an 1 1/2 year old, outdoor, American short-hair and loves to bring in live birds into my house because he knows how to open the door.I look forward to networking and masterminding with everyone and hopefully meet at one of the future BP Cons or other events.

i wouldn't worry about adding value - just be genuine and build relationships, which it sounds like you're doing.another idea - why don't you find a few other Hunter Kahns in your area and form your own mastermind?

Not only is he a note expert, he is very knowledgable in many areas related to real estate and is co-chair for an accredited investors mastermind.
