Are there any national generic number per pad cost to build a new park? 

Helix, they confirmed that they were no longer managing the property and to follow whatever instructions were left on the letter, (mind you there was no letterhead, just a generic name, when I goggled said company, it was as though it never existed.) 

Quicken is too generic and needs way too much tending to be a true time saving tool.  

Any area that has a good reason for people to come there should work out.If you want a vacation rental look for places people want to go on vacation.If you just want a generic STR then places in large downtown areas that are walkable to restaurants, bars and convention centers should be successful.

I used very few filters, so adding more filters can get you closer to what you intend to own.I will say that I like to be more generic in my comparisons.
