Hi BP, I have been thinking about doing airbnb in Myrtle Beach for a while. Any airbnb hosts here? How about this kind of oceanfront 1b1b condo?  Thanks!  201 S Ocean Blvd #818, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

Hi @Hong Zhu

I am an agent in Myrtle Beach and I own oceanfront condo's in Myrtle Beach. They do very well for me. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have.

Myrtle Beach is a seasonal market. Most of your money is made from May through September. I had occupancy rates of 86% last year. Algorithms are good to give you some information, but I would talk to a local person like myself to help you get the real info you need.
