We were looking to do AirBNB and STR and Corporate Furnished Rentals

Looking for advice for investors, experience and what areas are working and any experience others have.

Tough crowd here. Personal areas that we've been successful in are St. Augustine FL, full house; Sevierville, TN, full cabin; Long Island, separate apartment in a suburban house near the beach, NYC, and families of former local residents who come back to visit.

We can't speak much at all about corporate rentals because we have limited experience with that. I don't know of a company that has streamlined corporate housing like Airbnb/VRBO have done in the STR space.

Refine your questions a bit more. It's hard to acknowledge when you don't know what you don't know.
