Seems like if they were entering into a year-long contract (my assumption in this case) for housing, the "squeeze" of having a single hard pull is very much worth the "juice" of a year's worth of housing.  

As of now, Vegas is switching back to a sellers market which means the competitive juices are going to get going again.

Otherwise, the juice just ain't worth the squeeze IMHO.

Definitely not an exhaustive list, but it gets the juices flowing. 

It won’t be an easy project and it’ll take 18-24 months to get it there but the juice is certainly worth the squeeze. 

So, if the property will comp for and list for $250k, we want to purchase it at $75k [we only like juice deals, lol 🤗].

I suggest you belly up and do the leg work and if you can't get access, then reflect that in your offer.

I struggle w/ the ethics of walking away.You juiced the property for $61K (350 - 289) and now you're struggling with the ethics of the situation.

If they see that 120,000 Mikes got money from mom and dad and went belly up later on, then that is an indication that money from mom and dad is a factor in making a bad loan.
