Las Vegas Multi Family

Hi.

I’m new to investing and looking for some direction. I live in northern ca (bay area) and want to invest somewhere where my money will go further. I was thinking about Las Vegas, and more specifically, multi family homes in Las Vegas. Any advise or guidance with how to find these properties, a good property manager, and a good agent there would be awesome!

Thanks!

Tristan

This is interesting you bring that up cause I was looking at properties in the downtown area around Fremont street. There's a lot of pretty hip places popping up and I figure that's a good place to upgrade a multifam or at least an SFH.

Look into Opportunity Zone tax benefit for improving in “needy” neighborhoods. Almost all the small multis in las Vegas are in Oppression Zone neighborhoods.
