Hi Gordon,There are actually a few different points to touch on here:1.

I put a note pad on the table and write a nice note telling them how to get in touch with me, and to please let me know if anything needs addedto what I supply. 

From a feel perspective it’s like stone but doesn’t have the same cool-touch that you get from bare concrete.

I will only be able to get in touch with folks back in the States every once in a blue moon.

I try and keep the leftover paint at that particular rental and touch up as necessary.
