I think there are some good areas to live, buy, build, etc, but nothing has ever screamed hotspot to me. 

First picture screams, "stay here and have a sick time." 

I do not like any areas that the purchase price is significantly higher than the replacement cost.That just screams bubble to me. 

@Shane H.I'm glad the situation has been resolved.I do have a problem with you blaming the wholesale account setup and screaming this to all investors, because all caps means screaming.This is what you're saying: from now on, I will never let any mechanic keep my car in his garage, because I just learned that a mechanic can keep my car hostage until I pay him.I will repeat myself: the issue is not the setup.

Hey @Chris Park - no you didn't screw up... a tenant looking at rental options while not having the funds doesn't exactly scream financial responsibility. 

That just screams "headaches."

I looked on AirDNA but have not paid to get details and check Airbnb listings for rates and blocked out dates = nothing is screaming to me that the home would generate more than 2k per month as a conservative guestimate.   

Since then he was called me three times, knocked on my door this morning to talk to me in person and he just called me and screamed at me on the phone.

They herded us into this room and a company commander stood up there and yelled and screamed at us "stupid maggots" on how we were fools if we signed up for this and weren't 100% sure we were going to college afterwards, and how could a bunch of dumb recruits like us think we were going to college anyway? 

Well that cashflow screaming out to you on the spreadsheet is a myth.If you seriously consider our markets, only go for desirable expensive properties that have the lowest relative cap rate for our markets.
