I guess my answer shut you up, so there was little to add but another comment that reveals total ignorance.

During our inspection revealed the need for a re-pipe and 200 amp panel. 

Physical inspections and disclosures reveal more repairs than were expected.

There are so many different variables that AirDNA doesn't take into account however, if the data is coming in lower it might reveal an overall trend happening in that particular market.

Talking to an architect and giving them the address can pretty quickly reveal your options!  

Can a title company reveal if a house is going to be demolished or not?
