Can a title company reveal if a house is going to be demolished or not?
Hi My name is Taylor. I am new to BiggerPockets forum and wanted to introduce myself. I am an real estate investor and in the process of buying an investment property in Lynchburg, Va. I have a question. Can a title company reveal if a house is going to be demolished or not? Please reply with your comments if you have any insight.
Thank you,
Taylor
