Online rental application vs. paper application
I've been using traditional paper rental application for my rental property, I see sites such as zillow rental manager now offers online application feature. Due to Covid-19, I am thinking of it giving it a try. I would like to hear from others if there is good reason to not using online/digital application? Thanks.

@Kevin Wang I definitely recommend giving online applications a go. There are several free property management softwares that let you customize your online rental application. You can add custom sections and can also ask your applicants to attach necessary documents to the application. It also helps that you can screen your applicants using these softwares too.
