So overall he didn't seem to be ignorant about investing in generally and certainly not anti-investor.However, and going back to the original question about HML, when I explained to him what a hard money loan is and how it works he didn't follow up with any comments that led me to believe his apparent ignorance was do to terminology.Anyway, I have since talked to my father and he pointed me to the agency he used in this area back in the late 80's and early 90's.

Kind of like shark investors whose tactics resulted in these "anti-predatory" laws that don't stop the predators, but does make everyone else's activities become "suspect".

I only ask because some agencies are anti wholesaling while others do not mind.  

And social media us hardly a place to get an objective report from a biased, anti-spend-money-for-education community.

I know that BP is VERY anti "guru," and pretty negative about paying anybody for anything, so I guess I better say what its done for me.

It was an inadvertent violation of BP's (very valid) anti-self promotion rules....I thought they only applied to selling stuff and didn't realize that they extended to free content as well. 

They have made a killing being the anti-hotel.
