Is is territorial and protective? 

Dealing with students, wandering artists, and the sort that Athens GA attracts just comes with the territory.

This includes meeting neighbors, talking to business owners, riding the streets both day and night, etc.Also I have nothing against an investor trying to expand their territory in order to increase profits but when you have people buying property in other states and neither they or anyone they know has actually drove by the property and seen the neighborhood I think you are asking for trouble.

Hello, although it is not the same, Iwould like to know if I am responsible to fix a sidewalk broken by the roots ofa tree that is in HOA territory, in front of my property, between the sidewalkand the curb (got a notice by the city).

A little worse than the median value and I call it a low C... way lower than the median and it gets into D and F territory.

I invest only in Sonoma and Marin Counties, SF city and Davis/Yolo County - Peninsula/South Bay is foreign territory to me, sadly.
