For me, if you said you were so sorry for the delay, and to make it up to me you were going to give me a rent credit for the full 2 weeks I was without A/C, that would change my perception of you.

It's not having a conversation.Maybe I'm heartless.Maybe that's the perception I give.If that's the perception people hold, it doesn't bother me much.I don't buy a home to allow squatters to occupy it for free, regardless of their past circumstances.
