I am worried that she doesn't understand the urgency with which we need to strike on good deals.

If its not, you could end up with your tenant owning your investment property very quickly.Bottom Line:  Strike this language from your leases and contract out this responsibility to an insured snow removal contractor.

You don't strike me as one though.

Someone new strikes a land lease deal with the landowner, gets a permit, restores the board and leases it to advertisers  - only to have the original owner of the structure show up with receipts for building the original structure.

I want to be ready to do so when the opportunity strikes.

All these things kind of strike me as common sense personal interaction and networking skills, but I'm amazed by the number of folks out there that don't follow these basics.
