Atlanta area GC needed for SFR rehab
Is there any general contractor from the Atlanta area that can review this quote and let me know if I'm getting hosed or not? The house is only about 960 sq ft. 2 bed / 1 bath. This is mostly a cosmetic rehab. Home has good solid bones. One would think this should only be around $25k to $30k in total costs. It's in a decent neighborhood in Decatur.
