Hello, my name is Steven and I am seeking start a real estate holding company. While I have read the SBA site, BP articles and countless blogs, I know I need to seek an attorney to help me create my new company. I have no idea what the going price is for this service, I am only aware of the filing fees of the state. Can anyone recommend an attorney in the Warwick area?
