If it's later in the day such as dinner sometimes I would say the next morning. 

That's like 2-3 dinners out.  

Take my dog for a walk, make dinner for my Fiancée and sit down and talk to her for an hour every day.

Invite couple of them out to drinks, dinner, etc. and pick their brain for all the free (except price of drinks, steak, etc.) information they will provide.

The problem I have is I'm starting to feel he has different intentions he asked me to dinner and wine then said he fell in love with me the moment he saw me he is a nice guy I hate it's going in a different direction but we haven't even done a deal yet!

I would open a business account and deposit all but $100, then I would take my wife to dinner to celebrate and in the morning... start finding another one to do... then repeat until I have enough in the bank to start fix & flipping properties on my own...
