Real Estate Agent Response

Hi everyone!

I am a newbie investor and I am in the  process of buying my first fix n' flip property in Denver. I have a new real estate agent that I have been working with for about a week now. I found a really great property that meets my criteria and I want to move fast on it (as you know, the Denver market is crazy!). I have emailed and tried to contact my agent saying I want to go see this property but I have not heard back. It has almost been 24 hours. What is acceptable in your opinion to wait for an agent's response to go see a property? I appreciate any feedback.

Thank you

It's dependent upon which time of day you attempted to contact them. If it was morning I would usually say you should expect a response by lunch or at least a note saying they get in touch soon if they're busy. If it's later in the day such as dinner sometimes I would say the next morning. Just depends on your agent, but 24 hours is a long time if they're any good.
