I've toyed with the idea of a top of line one that even does temp control, but I could never justify the price and I didn't like the looks of them.I talked with an amazing custom furniture builder (modern furniture) that I know.

I reached out toy local REIA and got numerous recommendations as well as vetting him against 3 others I got quotes from Those were all for 2.3.4 units however and I may have made a mistake thinking that because he has done well by me up till now, he might not be the best for commercial.

Fire happened full loss.. insurance denied.. expensive lesson.although when I had my big portfolios I toyed with dropping fire altogether and just have liability.if I looked at all the homes we have owned over the years and that's greater than 500..

Who would't want an extra garage in their neighborhood to store their toys or junk.  

I just purchased a HUD home that I was planning to move in, but the land is not as big as my current home and Im not going to be able to fit all my toys and vehicles on the yard.I don’t want to sale it but the question is can I rent it?

Mattresses, broken TV, kid's bike and toys, kitchen items, 40-year-old sleep sofa, etc.If there's nothing of real value, just take pictures or video with your phone to document what you found and then toss it.
