Keeping tenant property
Hey guys my tenants moved out this morning And left a bunch of stuff. They also did some damage on the house. Is there a way to keep the stuff they left I’m assuming I have to give them a notice.
Thank you very much

@Jacob Coniglione consult both your lease and local laws. Without double checking, I believe the rule for my area is 30 days unclaimed and then its yours. My lease gets more specific about it but that's more or less the point.
