I'm currently reading one of the suggested business books in the podcast titled "Trump Style Negotiation" by George H.

It's been on an absolute rocketship ever since Trump was elected.We have short memories or something.

However, this is a little different than usual as the wild card in all of this is Trump with his loose cannon style use of Twitter coupled of course with Kim Jong-Un's threats.

Maybe your bandit signs are better, maybe your model is different, maybe you have a higher conversion rate once you get them on the phone that trumps the low call rate, maybe a lot of other people are just copy/pasting the same marketing material that every neighborhood already has all over the place and that if the copy/pasted bandit sign was going to make anyone pick up the phone, they already would have done so, making it mostly a waste of time to put that exact copy/pasted bandit sign up once again? 

Call it the trump effect if you will.

Not saying that paper trumps experience, but, like healthcare insurance, it's a tool that you now carry in your back pocket, just in case.It'll all work out!

Location is going to trump lot size.

I see the end, book it.2017 is the one for sure, Trump was elected, oil is low priced, Fed is raising rates, flaming hail, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria.Fact:   The economy will fall into recession againFact: No one knows when or howSuggestion: Invest such that the timing of the market is not a factor, if it is a good investment now it will be a good investment in 10 years when you can add 10 to all the numbers above and repeat reading the same articles.

I was VERY hasty with my decision to leave my day job and honestly if it wasn't for Trump winning the election and the week leading up to that literally replenishing a years worth of spending I probably would have had to go back to a 9-5 for a while.
