Jersey City Heights Investment Properties

Hi folks -

I'm new to bigger pockets and my husband and i are interested in real estate investing.  We currently reside in the JC heights in a 2 bed 2 bath condo.  We are looking to move into a 3 br condo either in JC Heights closer to Hoboken (Ogden etc) or Union City close to JC Heights (Manhattan Ave etc) and rent out our existing place.  Any thoughts on how the market is looking before we look at making the jump?  Prices in the area seem so high and we just want to make sure we are making the right choice by buying more in this area if it is expected to keep rising.  The place we are looking at on Ogden is a new construction unit.

Any thoughts welcome!
