I'm hearing so much about direct mail, SEO, PPC and other Internet marketing techniques. Wow I admittedly have not focused on any of the previous message I have use bandit signs before and it does get the phone ringing. Why do I keep hearing that bandit signs do not work?

@Carl M.

Because if you scale it up and your city has an ordinance against it you get fined and it feeds the negative stereotype that 'real estate investors' will do anything to make a buck, ethics be damned.

Plus they look like crap. Would you want your neighborhood and places you frequented to be littered with them?
