Zillow's new Rental Manager has taken the cake and has given me some great quality tenants from their plethora of sites and "on-ramps"

To clarify, I'm not trying to insinuate that it is a piece of cake and everyone can make money, I'm asking why it's not.

For a lower price point, you might want to check out Anaheim as there are a lot of multi-residential 2-4 unit properties there. 

But go dig the ground for some aluminum, create your own steel, metal composites.. do it all yourself, and construct your car from the ground up...wait..bad example..How about this.. go to the grocery store and buy a cake.. $23.98But chase some chickens, steal their eggs, suck on some cow's tit and spit the mil on a bowl, mix in your own flower yeast and bake your own cake and voila.. you have a cake that is (almost?)

I know it isn't as easy as baking a cake but I'm just sticking with a positive attitude as I know it will be much more powerful than a negative attitude.

If people do not like you they will push the price up on anything you want.I know people in Collin County that routinely buy homes in the $400,000 - $600,000 without as much as a drive by.This sounds crazy, but I have actually paid people off in cup cakes not to bid against me.
