Hello there,

Last week I participated in (well, really just observed) Brandon Turner's webinar titled "How to Buy Your First (or Next) Rental Property in 90Days or Less". It was a fun time!

I've been storing most of my money in low fee ETFs, which is all well and good, but I'd like to diversify my investment money, as well as continue paying as little as I can on housing. I've been renting for almost a year since I moved here to Orange County, CA and am ready to jump into this House Hacking thing. I'm gonna need some help :)

90 days seems like a daunting time frame to get this goal in motion, but gotta start somewhere. That also happens to be the length of time a pre-approval letter seems to last, so it does make sense.

Right now I'm just sifting through copious automatically generated listing emails, and filling in report after report in the Rental Calculator tool (which is awesome).

Now that I've gone "pro", I will have lots of audio to listen to and posts to read. Glad to be a part of this community!

Thanks,
Marcus
