MY suggestion is commercially spray paint it.

At a certain point, I started noticing certain "road markings" - spray-painted designations that would appear on the streets, or on paved-surfaces in the immediate area.

I am having it sprayed black.

Bring your jar of honey and a checkbook if you want to have a chance to go quickly/easily. 

If it's anyone looking to sell, you are just spraying and praying.

So while the "standard" American translates "preservation" as something akin to putting $ in jars and burying em out back, "elite wealth" translates Preservation into a action, growth, consolidation, they are doers. 

Worked well until one of my carpenters took some pills, sprayed high-gloss cabinet paint everywhere (including brick on facade) and then shot my refrigerator (yes, with a gun) when I fired him.

I'd recommend you spray (instead of brush or roller) for a perfect finish.  

Another man will plow snow spray weeds and perform auctions if needed.
