Hi guys, I am a new investor and have found alot of useful information here on BP as well as listening to the podcast. My question is what are some of your favorite strategies to finding leads? I know this has been talked about before but I also have been having trouble verifying some leads so I'm looking for reputable websites or ways to know if the information I find is correct, thanks!
