Job Quantity and QualityIn many parts of the US, manufacturing and similar jobs are going away and what remains are service sector jobs.

Figured I would start by reading some of the 'favorites' of some of the members as a way to filter the quantity.

If you speak with a negative slant, or assume everyone knows what you're saying, or avoid eye contact, or wear fresh mustard on your tie, people will not respond to your message.All of these have analogs in advertising - your list, your copy, your design, your typos, your quantities, your mailing/other frequencies.

We have 6-8 private lenders, but we regularly use 3-4 depending on the timing and quantity of funds.Present an organized and professional portfolio including your knowledge, experience, and a few of the projects you have been doing.Stay in constant communication - Some lenders may not want updates all the time, but if they have a good chunk of money wrapped up in your project, I would keep them in the loop as your project hits milestones.  

Quantity -  Do all roofers have the same quantity? 

From what I have been able to tell, 15+ year old inventory is limited in quantity and listings, is this true?

Everybody has their preference for stars but I've came to notice now that it has been years that quantity of review is many times more important than always 5 star reviews. 4.2 with 200 reviews will be reflected as better than 4.9 with 5 reviews.
