Hello everyone! My name is Gerald but I go by Jerry. I am a budding flipper in the Knoxville area and starting full-time this year. I am not a native but I have family roots in the city and am greatly looking forward to connecting with other investors as I make my home in east Tennessee. I have been doing my homework for months now and am in the process of closing on my first rehab. As a military veteran I am very excited to enter a profession that I believe presents a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community. I look forward to hearing from all of you and maybe even working together in the future!
