Outside of college areas like Florence, major cities like Rome and Milan, or tourist areas/places with lots of foreigners, there's simply no demand for rentals there.

Here are a few ideas that you might consider:Short-Term Rentals: Given Daytona Beach's popularity as a tourist destination, you could explore renting out a portion of your house (like a room or a guest suite) on platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

Or keep and rent out since it’s in a great tourist area.Different country or market, different angles.  .   

I am confident this will positively affect how tourists view the Poconos as this is a direct connection between two major attractions the Poconos and NYC.

But tourist it’s the most important revenue for everybody here.

We bought it, cleaned it, renovated it just a bit, bought complete new furniture, and set it up as a tourist vacation rental.

That creates housing demands for workers and tourists.

Nice property, definitely more for the tourists who want the experience the laid back culture.
