We are seeking a remote keyless lock system for a property in another state.   We would like to be able to change the codes remotely.   

Or are there any positions that are more entry level-like than asst. property manager that could help me work my way up to this?

Most states it of all done electronically.

I have friends that I utilize to do some work for me at times who need the money and dont have a way to take electronic payments.

Of course we have a rental agreement that people electronically sign and agree to when they book on Vrbo, but it is obvious very few people read what they are agreeing to.

I currently use dotloop for digital filing and electronic signatures. 

If it was a mild infestation and your electronics weren't on a wall shared with the other apartment they are probably ok but if you are worried there is a treatment called Nuvan strips which can be purchased online; these are pretty toxic and the treatment instructions must be followed carefully.

I hear people say blah blah blah...get most of your check electronically deposited, blah blah blah you dont have to worry about it...I'd rather just have good tenants that pay ALL the rent on their own.
