It offers everything (rent collection, maintenance, communication) and seems to have a better mobile app than other services, but I don't know anyone with experience using it.

I am new to syndication so I am learning communication skills to other investors. 

Also, the first time the plumber showed, despite me communicating with them since morning that he'd be there and being assured they'd be home, the one was upstairs with his girlfriend and couldn't be bothered to answer the door. 

I would communicate with them and see what the hardship is.. since they are only there for 3 more months (per the lease) just try to get them to pay on time for a little while longer and then don't renew their lease. 

Deal fell through and she quit communicating with me....
