Hello,

I am moving to Lithia Springs, GA in a month and a half (quick timeline I know!) and want to buy a duplex, triplex, quadraplex option to house hack. I am looking for a REA that has experience working with real estate investors that can help me find the right deal! Please let me know if you have any recommendations as I need to start communications ASAP.
