Experience using Roof to manage properties?

Has anyone here used Roof (www.roof.io) to manage their properties? It offers everything (rent collection, maintenance, communication) and seems to have a better mobile app than other services, but I don't know anyone with experience using it. Still new to REI and trying to figure out the best option for managing my own properties.
