Germantown/ Mount Airy. - Big beautiful houses.

Mount vernon ny interesting city and that's where im starting , my home town. one of the cities that lie on the boarder of NYC (the 5 boroughs ) that will undergo (and is undergoing) gentrification because the vein of public trans to nyc runs through it. just a little background on me. ive dropped out of college 3 times , im currently chasing my B.S in Mechanical Engineering. ive acquired a decent job after years of retail.  

I live just outside the Louisville Kentucky area in the small town of Mount Washington.

@Rigo Ventura I lived in Mount Olive for a few years which is a town near Hopatcong.

Its people designing the bracket to your TV mount so it can be reused 10 times instead of 4 times.Its not exciting.

However, we believe that this source will continue to deteriorate as problem loans mount in bank portfolios.â€How much the smaller loans sources will deteriorate is unclear and neither explained in the Deutsche Bank report nor in the WSJ article.

Being a wall mount unit, I didn't stipulate or care if it worked (it does luckily).There are hurdles with buying anything, this just happens to be one of them.

Hey BP,Frustration has mounted the last 6 months not finding my first duplex to reach my goal of 3 in 3 years.

A lot of rentals are using granite more and more,, I'd consider a top mount sink, verses under-mount if you have sink, plumbing issues you can removed and service the sink without as many issues than if the sink is under-mounted.
