New to investing, Louisville Kentucky area!

Hello BP I'm Dave, I'm new to real estate investing. I have been reading on the forum and watching the podcasts and other videos for a while and want to get started. I live just outside the Louisville Kentucky area in the small town of Mount Washington. I am looking for advice, knowledge, experience and great relationships with people in my area.
