I want to thank the BP community for all the great advice that I have been able to tap into throughout the site. I have been in the residential new construction and renovation market for more than 20 years, but never been involved in any real estate investing. I have recently bought my first property with the help of a private lender. My first deal will be a high end flip in the Charleston, SC market. Thanks BP community!
