Hi everyone, good to finally be embracing the forums and getting my first post out there.

My name is Ross, and I'm just beginning my journey into investing. While I have about a year of experience in property management, that is about the extent of my hands-on experience in real estate investing. I currently work for a marketing company in Wayne, earning a livable salary but without a lot of room for growth. I'll be moving to Manayunk soon and half the rental landlords I've spoken with there seem to have implemented BRRR without even realizing it.

My personal goal is to purchase a single or multi-family property in this area and use a combination of "house hacking", FHA loan, and BRRR to eventually roll it into my next purchase. I do like to fix things up myself and have some minor experience in property repairs, so I hope this can help reduce the costs of maintenance of the property early on.

I am curious as to whether anyone can help point me in the right direction of multi-family properties.  I've never seen tri-plexes or quads in the area, and each side of the duplexes I've seen tend to be owned separately.

Thanks BP community! It's good to finally get acquainted.
