They look great and allow much more light into the hallways.Jen tackled sanding and painting the hall ways hall way 2 is complete with hallway 1 not far behind, all that's left is stair treads.Bathroom in Apt 22 came together with installation of the vanity and fixtures.Some odds and ends also got completed, door hardware, exterior electrical patching some holes and paint and the lawn guy found the rest of the sidewalkThat's it for Week 7 so far we are on track and on budget, stay tuned....

@Rachel ConleePro tip: don’t take advice / instruction from folks who haven’t completed the task you wish to tackle.

I was hoping to find a general contractor maybe through a referral or here that has experience with rentals to tackle the project and do only the necessary repairs.

If any of those 3-4 doors move-out, you've got to have contractors ready to go in and tackle your projects on day 1. 

Also, do you think it's a good idea to tackle both single family and multi family at the same time as a new salesperson?
