Hey All-Recently closed on my first deal...addicted to say the least.

I graduated from Boston College in 2010, went into tax accounting for a few years and then joined a PE firm as a fund accountant about a year and a half ago.I'm very excited to join the community and have already become addicted to the BP podcasts.

They say drug addicts consistently chase instant gratification. 

I must say that I am addicted to listening to those podcasts. 

Its addicting.

But also on the other hand, the chase of money can be addicting, and the same goal serves as a stopping point.  

I am not on the MLS but since I learned about this website I have been completely addicted...I love reading stuff on this website.I currently have one rental property and own my own primary residence.
