Hi,

My name is Josue Rodriguez and I'm new to this site. I live in MD. I'm an civil engineer but I don't have any experience with real estate other than owning a rental property. I friend of mine from the Houston area recommended the site, so I decided to give it a try. Here to learn and have some fun while at it!
