You can also visit the Housing Authority website closest to the property location and you will find landlord requirements and responsibilities, AMI Limits, Rent Limits, and Utility Allowance requirements which are very helpful when qualifying section 8 applicants.

If the governing authority in your jurisdiction would consider allowing you to build more units on that lot this could be a winner even if you flipped this once the approvals are in place.I just completed 165 room Marriott and the city was very cooperative.

It's a civil matter, meaning adults need to figure out their personal drama and let cops focus on more important things.I would attempt to visit with all three occupants and explain to the daughter that she is not an authorized Tenant and that her parents want her out.
