Im referring to private owned housing being leased out to Veterans and their families who qualify. There is a collaborative program between HUD and Va (aka HuD Vash) which through housing authorities provides rental assistance vouchers for those who qualify. I am not referring to VA loans but looking to connect with someone who has experience in Los Angeles working with his program.
