Son of Landlord. Need help!
Hello everyone,
New here. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!
I take care of maintenance for a four apartment building in Los Angeles for the landlord, my mother. I plan to move into apartment #1 where a tenant has been living on a month to month lease for the past 4/5 years. We have no clue what legal steps to take next. Also the tenant is on section 8, wether that makes a difference or not.
