This project is a Flip that I'm debating on whether to turn it into a Brrrr Rental, still undecided. 

Interest rate is 4.5%  I do not plan on living in either one of the units, and I am undecided about self management of having a property manager.  

Want to open another Airbnb but undecided if it's woth it House cost is $135k20% down Payment with tax and insurance $917With a expected expenses we would pay $1,594 a month Charge $125  a night we could prob do 25 night a month which would give us $1,531 a month or $18, 372 yearly.  

I am undecided because my 3.5% down here is the 20% I need to invest over there.

If you are undecided, a business degree is always helpful for people who are investing or just opening a business and that might be an option for you as well.  

I could comfortably start investing with some cash maybe $10-$20k but I'm undecided on what.

Still undecided about property management.Biggest issue for me is I am in San Diego and want to invest in Florida where I lived for 12 years and I have 3 out of 6 kids and families. 

I have thought about a cash out refi and heloc but I am undecided on which route is best.

I'm still undecided if I am going to flip or hold SFH 2 or keep it as a rental.

I am still undecided whether the attic should be re-separated and attached to the units on the respective second floors or whether it would be better to pursue a fifth unit.
